SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
OnTheGo app can be downloaded for free. However, continuous usage mandates an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis for trainees. All users are entitled to a complimentary 7-day trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed annually from the date of purchase, while monthly subscribers are charged each month.

Payment will be processed via your credit card through the iTunes account upon subscription confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period without any price increase upon renewal.

Note that personal training sessions are not covered under the subscription fee and will be charged separately if booked.

Manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in the iTunes Account Settings post-purchase. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term once a purchase is made.
